EESHA SINGH
Founder and Principal of Consulting Services
As the founder of Be The Light Consulting, Eesha brings extensive experience and a passion for empowering individuals to excel in their careers and academic pursuits. With a proven track record of success, she is dedicated to providing top-notch guidance and mentorship to clients across all stages of their journey.
Eesha attended Woodward Academy and earned her degree from Emory University. She has worked extensively in healthcare, education, and technical recruiting, partnering with Fortune 50/500 companies such as JP Morgan, Warner Media, and The Home Depot. Her corporate experience also includes recruiting internally for Google. Over the years, she has placed speech-language pathologists, nurses, psychologists, and occupational therapists in school systems across more than 40 states. She specializes in helping new graduates and underrepresented groups—including women and people of color—successfully transition from service, creative, or teaching backgrounds into thriving corporate and technology careers.
Her commitment to service runs deep. For nearly a decade, she has volunteered with children’s hospitals and organizations supporting youth impacted by cancer, whether through their own diagnoses or a parent’s. She also devotes time to supporting adopted and foster youth within her community.
Outside of work, Eesha is an avid reader who loves learning about new cultures. She enjoys traveling the world, spending time outdoors, playing golf, and sharing meaningful moments with friends and family.

CLARK STANALAND
Founder and Principal of Academic Services
Clark is a seasoned academic coach with a strong commitment to helping students navigate the challenges of school and achieve academic excellence. His personalized approach, combined with in-depth technical knowledge, empowers students to thrive in their educational pursuits.
He earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has spent over a decade at a global engineering firm. Beginning as a high-school intern, Clark has steadily advanced to manager, gaining leadership experience in project management, client relations, and business development.
An accomplished test-taker himself, Clark scored in the 99th percentile on standardized exams including the PSAT, SAT, ACT, and graduate entrance tests. With more than ten years of tutoring and test preparation experience, he has successfully coached students of all ages, from middle school through graduate school.
Clark has a particular passion for mentoring and advising younger students striving to become first-generation college graduates. His commitment to service extends beyond the classroom: he has volunteered with Camp Kesem, a summer program for children whose parents have been impacted by cancer.
Outside of work, Clark enjoys playing basketball, golf, and racquetball, as well as hiking and spending time outdoors. A lifelong learner, he is currently studying three new languages, driven by his love of travel and connection with friends and teammates around the world.
